Job No. 001 - General Cleaning Crew - All positions have now been filled

The cleaning crew are our most important team members.  They are responsible for the delivery of our contracted services within the venue and the area to which they are deployed.

Timing: November 2009 - April 2010

Job No. 003 - Helpdesk Operators - All position have now been filled

The helpdesk operators are jointly responsible for the accurate logging and dispatch of all calls and issues reported to the help desk.  These positions are during Games time and Paralympic times only.

Timing: February 2010 - March 2010

Job No. 004 - Area Managers - All positions have now been filled

The Area Managers are responsible for specific areas with a nominated venue.  The AM is responsible for the direct management of staff and the delivery of services within their area.  These placements are during operational times of the venue and may extend during the pre and post Games time.
